great product, great speed of delivery, great telephone assistance. The only thing keeping the experience from being 5 stars is the ridiculous web site and on line ordering. It was so frustrating I almost gave up. But for the high caliber of the product that is exclusively Northshore's I would have given up. I was rescued by a really terrific telephone service person.

I have ordered AirSupreme Briefs for overnight use for my mother. Absorbency is great but the middle part (where legs come together) is too wide. I am using size large since its more absorbent but even with size medium I see the same issue. And of course I wish the price could have been more reasonable!

First order was never shipped. Called back, spoke to a very kind lady, reordered, received tracking of shipment, all was well. Received package, finally!! Opened box- nothing inside was what I ordered. Not even close to it. Maybe third time is the charm??? Not likely going to order again to find out.

I have been ordering for over 6 months and this time I was missing two things in my order. I called their customer service and they are shipping them out today. That is why they got a 4 instead of a 5 !! GREAT company !!
