The website is really easy to use and makes the whole process go really easy. When your package arrives it is in a plan Brown box nothing else, and I am so happy for that. I am a young person and this can be very overwhelming and humiliating if the company you order from dose not take your privacy seriously. The prices are really good and if you have to call because your having problems the staff is nothing but amazing real professional people. If there is anything I would like them to have would be to have sample bags to buy where you get four or five products for a fee. It just makes finding the products you like easier.
