Went beyond my expectations. They have gained my loyalty as a future customer.

North Shore Care Supply has excellent customer service and quick delivery. Their products are also excellent. They listen to their customers and care about their customers.

When i placed my order one item was on backorder, ok understandable so i also added another product i would get in the meantime(that was not on backorder at the time). When i checked out it asked if i wanted to ship available items now amd split the order amd i said yes that is what i want to do. A few days later when i hadn't recived a shipping confirmation i decided to check on my order. It still said processing. I contacted customer service and they didn't seem to care about my problem. Now it is the 9th of February a week after my order and when they said my backordered items would ship. I check the site and it is now backordered to the 28th.

I understand you guys have been backed up but that doesn't I'm upset with you I can wait patiently until you guys get a new shipment in

This is the only company I found that offers exactly what I need. They ship quickly and my order is always correct.
