Really fast reponse to order and shipping, absolutely no delay. Free samples relevant to purchase were included as a first time customer which is a huge plus. Website is the usual simple theme you would come to expect from medical and health related websites, yet the tabs and drop down lists make it super easy to find anything you are looking for in short time or if you are just browsing. Product pages are pretty well detailed so that you know what you are getting, and the product size and package size is in an easy to find place near purchase button so you are less likely to make a mistake in ordering. I personally hadn't asked any questions myself in their Q&A section myself, however I did see that they made responses to customers questions in great detail. Overall good experience and I'll look to make more purchases in the coming future.
