NorthShore is great. The 'new, improved' design Poise Pads (#6) don't work. They are junk. Tena intimates #7 work.

I recently placed an order at Northshore care. the items were shipped out very quickly and I was informed of the shipping details along the way. Customer service team all stepped up to help me when needed. Everyone at this company genuinely cares about the customer and this is evident not just from my order but my satisfaction after my order was received. I had an issue with one of the items and the company sent out a replacement for this item at no charge. Thanks for everything and I’ll be sure to recommend you to everyone

Response was good. I think shipping should be free like others company do if you purchase a certain amount. I will be looking for others that handle the same product. Other than that have no problem
