Doing business with NorthShore Care Supply has been amazing. They have been great to work with. They have given me an unbelievable amount of support and help with finding the right adult incontinence briefs and pull-ons for my elderly parent's needs. Whether on the phone or live chat they have been there for me to answer all my many questions. They have sent me at completely no cost to me numerous samples for me to test. Excellent Service and Excellent Products. Our hospice provider even commented how good the products were. They also will provide some of the products we could use which would be paid for by Medicare, but we have chosen to buy your products because of the superior quality .

This was my first order from NorthShore. I found the web site to be well-designed, having no problems in finding the products I wanted to check on and then order. I also had no problems in the ordering process. The items were sent via Federal Express and were received within a couple of days. NorthShore also includes several samples of various products which I find a nice touch. In short, I will likely order from NorthShore again.

Ease of purchasing was a plus. They mobile site could use some tweaking to make it more user friendly. It did not let me view the entire web page. Delivery was about 5 days. I did order after 5 on Friday, so don't really fault you there. I'll just remember to order at the beginning of the week next time.
