Overnight urine containment improved but not perfect. Pulling tabs snugly in place irritates skin at hips and upper groin. Leakage occurs about 10-15% of times used but situation is better than before. Booster helps increase holding capacity of brief most of the tIme when added. Movement during sleep increases likelihood of a leak. Pull-on briefs more comfortable but can't be adjusted to fit more snugly around edges to prevent leaking.
