Northshore has really impressed me. Northshore showed a genuine interest in meeting my needs. Their customer service is top notch. They are very accessible and very knowledgeable about the products that they sell. They offer samples of their products so you can see what items and size work for you. And they carry some of the best. Northshore reps network on message boards and websites that cater to their customer's interest. Very smart. Northshore is a wonderful example of how a company should be run. Actively seeking out your customer base, delivering what they want, and then following up to make sure they are happy. Great job!!!
