NorthShore Customer Supply has provided me with an amazing experience by treating me with care. I often have had a hard time calling local pharmacies or showing up in person to discuss my situation for fear of being judged. This subject shouldn't be taboo in today's world, but society seems to have very little tolerance or ability to treat it with the maturity that it requires. I usually am treated poorly when calling and looking for products or asking simply questions pertaining to my specific situation. The employees are not educated on the products they carry or seem to care to have the knowledge needed to help someone in my shoes. Then again pharmacies don't really seem carry briefs that provide the type of protection I need. Maybe that should have been my first clue, but I try to give everyone a fair chance. My first order came in and to my surprise I was provided with sample products unexpectedly, which said something right away. After getting my first order I read the pamphlet about how NorthShore cares about it's customers, so I called and asked questions about what products would be recommended for my situation. Christie answered them with a polite and kind way. I felt safe for the first time talking about my situation. I was so grateful that I felt like I had someone who cared about my problems and helping me find a solution without judging me at all. I placed my second order online and received it promptly. One item was missing and the 2 sample products I had requested were way too large. I called the customer service number and just like the call I had placed before a friendly, caring person answered right away. They are sending me the missing item from my order and the sample products that were too big, well, they are sending me a size smaller to see if they fit. I will be a NorthShore customer for life! Thank you for treating me like a human with feelings and no judgement. You mean what you say and say what you do. That kind of integrity seems impossible in today's world. THANK YOU FOR BEING A PILLAR TO THE WAY PEOPLE SHOULD BE TREATED AND THE WAY BUSINESS SHOULD BE DONE!!!

Need to be more careful on inventory availability of certain items. Web site is great, this time though, one of the items I ordered was not available in the extra large size so I had to order the large. Not happy about that. Otherwise it's great. This may be unfair but it only takes the one time you cannot get what you're looking for to disappoint.

This company strives to keep there customers happy! They are willing to go far and beyond there limits to make sure the customer is first! There prices are very affordable and frame day shipping. They're will to talk to you about your comfort level of diapers. They also send samples for FREE unlike most other companies but that's how they got my business. They've been nothing but fair and good to me throughout my whole experience. I'll continue to order and refer NorthShore medical to anyone!
