I have been with North One for 3 years now on the nose, and I have absolutely loved this bank. The biggest reason is support. It’s a little more difficult to get a call with someone if you do not schedule it in advance but I have never had a problem that the support team couldn’t assist and offer solutions better than I have ever received at large banks. They are on their way to being more recognized but not quite there yet. I just formed 3 additional businesses and plan to open my business accounts with North One in the next coupe of weeks. This review I’m leaving because of a recent and urgent need I had. I am closing on a house and had a wire coming in, my business has not had many wires and as such was subject to a 48 hours hold for precaution. An issue with an address sent the wire back but I was under demand to meet a deadline and with the new wire coming in, it too was subject to a 2 day hold. And I do quite a bit of business and my company is scaling with continued exponential growth month after month, yet any new wire just like if you were depositing a check for the first time even if you bring in thousands every month, there is still a precautionary hold on new services rendered. Which I appreciate the safety. Peter and Mariam helped me so fast and the wire was in by 9:30am and rather than making me wait an additional 2 days they had the wired cleared and posted to my account within minutes. I made the delivery of the wire by 23 minutes and had I not reached them right away, and I mean they responded in under 3 minutes and had me good to go in under half an hour. I truly appreciate this bank for helping out in a time of crisis and because of the quick support and making things happen for me I was able to close on my home on time and not redo all the contracts for changing the date. There are so many reasons to choose North One for your business but it’s the customer experiences that continue to keep me here and that give me peace of mind to open accounts with my newly created LLC’s. I’m excited to see the features that make holding multiple accounts seamless. Thank you Peter and Mariam, I really appreciate the support during a critical emergency. Thank you for being my North One team, I appreciate you all. I will be opening my 3 additional LLC’s as soon as they are completed filing.
