Northfield LinesReviews of northfieldlines.com

We had an awesome experience with Northfield Lines and a wonderful bus driver!

I have had the pleasure to work with Joni for 4+ years and my experience has always been exceptional!!! No matter how big or how small the request, it is taken care of... I appreciate the customer service provided and the efficiency of how your company works...

Northfield Lines was professional from start to finish. The driver was excellent. We did the Gangster Tour and he was prompt at picking up our party and also dropping off. 5 Star.

Brian was a friendly accommodating driver. He was helpful both in the loading and unloading of our robotics stuff and luggage. He was always where we needed him to be at the appointed times. He was so good that the students want to invite him to our end of the year banquet.

Northfield lines are always great! Safe courteous driver and easy booking make this company my go to for field trips!

I did not personally ride from or to MSP, but I can only assume all went as well as the pre-trip requests and communications. It was very nice to receive the driver's name and direct telephone number to forward to our riders, and I especially appreciated the instructions for inside MSP to locate where the Northfield Lines van would be waiting for pick-up of the riders. All top-notch!! Then to receive the invoice within only a few days of the trip, so we can process in our internal system was very appreciated! Thank you for making one piece of this business visit stress free! Great job all the way around!

Your team did a great job for our event! Thanks!
