Hi there Angela. We are Northern Knives, a manufacturer and cutlery retailer in Alaska with an onsite warehouse and manufacturing facility. We are not associated with the new drop shipping company out of Delaware (Northern Knife) that you are having issues with. We have been getting all of their negative reviews as of late since they do not seem to have a customer service department. I would encourage you to give their trust pilot listing an honest review and if you can fix the one you gave us. Their existence has really been hurting our reputation this last year. Thank you

Hello, My name is Mike, I am one of the owners here at Northern Knives. Unfortunately you have us confused with another business. We are northernknives.com, you are looking for northernknife.com. We are a custom shop in Alaska, you are looking for a drop shipper incorporated in Delaware. We do not sell a knife called the Loki. We also do not drop ship knives from China, as your tracking will show your knife is coming from. If your order number does not start with NK, it's not us. We get about 4-5 phone calls a day regarding this company. We have submitted DMCA complaints to Amazon Web Services who hosts northernknife.com, and Shopify who's platform they use for their website ecommerce. I empathize with your poor experience with them as hear this a lot, but unfortunately you are punishing a small American owned business with your incorrect review. Best of luck to you resolving your issue.
