Order taking for ever and quality is ok but not great Customer service Diabolical Email at least 48 hrs to be answered and then they don't answer the issue Phone Line NONE Knife are not razer sharp shipping well that a Joke do an age check and then leave then on your front door step if i had a 10 year old son we could have simply picked them up and done whatever he wanted with them summry keep your Money the is as good out there with better service and much better delivery and after sales

Hello, My name is Dakota, I am one of the owners here at Northern Knives. Unfortunately you have us confused with another business. We are northernknives.com (plural), you are looking for northernknife.com (singular). We are a custom shop in Alaska, you are looking for a drop shipper incorporated in Delaware. If you found the website through an advertisement or marketing campaign, that is not us, as we do not advertise. We also do not drop ship knives from China, as your tracking will show your knife is was from. Thats why it took so long to get to you. All my products ship from Anchorage, Alaska through USPS priority... Delivery time is 6 days at the most. The knives we make are sold under the name 3 Dog Knife, do have a lifetime warranty and free sharpening for life, but we do not make any kitchen knives. We have also never declined a warranty claim in 14 years. If your order number does not start with NK, it's not us. We get about 4-5 phone calls a day regarding this company. We have submitted DMCA complaints to Amazon Web Services who hosts northernknife.com, and Shopify who's platform they use for their website ecommerce. I empathize with your poor experience with them as hear this a lot, but unfortunately you are punishing a small American owned business with your incorrect review.
