Awful customer service. Ordered a pair of shoes - arrived quite quickly, but in the wrong size. Have sent emails showing the unopened packaging, requested an exchange or refund… and have been totally ignored. They’ve just kept my money and now I have a pair of useless shoes. Thanks!

I can’t say I have buyer’s remorse, because I never received my order of June 5. No communication from them whatsoever. But they were very efficient at processing my credit card after scamming me to order a second pair of shoes, which was impossible to reverse. Lesson learned, but I’ll report this to my credit card company. Order #136014.

Wish I had read the reviews. Similar story - sent wrong size cheap and chatty supposed Skechers sandals. Mo response from them yet and the returns email was undeliverable.

Absolutely awful. It took ages for the order to arrive and once it did the sandals weren't as shown in the photos. They responded to my first refund request asking for photos, which I sent immediately. I didnt get a response since. Really upsetting to lose £60.

Worst company ever. Came wrong size and very crappy. Impossible to return and get refund. Stay away from this company.

If I could have given zero stars I would, absolute scam of a company, I ordered 1 pair of sandals is size 12(usa) they have arrived and are at least 2 sizes smaller and cheap tat at that!

I ordered some shoes from this ‘company’ supposedly Skechers and paid for them. Haven’t received them and not able to email them. Fake company don’t order from them!! I get sucked into these adds which look so authentic.
