Honestly, I’m upset with myself because I know better. Ordered what were marketed as Franco Sarto braided sling backs in late May, they arrived on 7/14/26. I knew there’d be an issue when I received a shipped date of 6/2 & no updates till early July after I sent several emails. I paid $60 for complete trash! These shoes literally look like a five year old glued them together, actually a five year old would’ve done a better job. I’ve requested a refund, we’ll see how that goes. Do yourself a favor, if you’ve started a shopping cart & thought you’d read reviews beforehand to play it safe, trust the reviews and delete that cart ASAP!

Hi I ordered some sketchers sandals from this company. They have arrived and are fake!! I have sent pictures and many emails requesting a refund all to no avail. They are also stating 100.00.00 of 5⭐️trust pilot reviews which I find hard to believe!! Any ideas how to get my refund would be greatly appreciated

This company isn’t what it pretends to be ..I sent and paid for what I was under a false impression were sketchers sandles ..when they arrived they were wrong size rubbish quality and definately not as described on their site..I’m having difficulty trying to get a refund and instructions to return these sandles..I could do with some advise as am an 81 year old lady and can’t afford to lose this sort of monies

Order shipped on 20th June. Today is July 12th and I have not received any updates. Sent a number of email with no response. Asked for a refund and no response. This is giving me scam alerts. Do not shop from this store.

Northend.shop is fraudulent! I received the wrong product and upon requesting a refund was told I'd have to pay shipping to return. After 18 emails and 5 phone calls with customer service I'm still strung along. I believe they have no intention of refunding my cost however, they were certainly quick to process my payment. This company is fraudulent and engaged in theft and deception.

Terrible customer service that would be the first thing that I would change. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering because now I'm out $100 for sandals that don't fit correctly. I've sent emails and called and haven't received any response. I contacted my bank and they told me that the product that I ordered and the description of the product that I ordered is accurate so there's nothing that they can do. This company needs to put on a fraud list for anyone that tries to buy from them again.

Northendshop advertised Skechers sandals. I ordered 19th May within 2 weeks I knew it was a scam. I have e-mailed several times asking for refund. My bank has also requested a refund. The tat sandals arrived today. I have been in touch with Trading Standards who advise the company is in Denver and I have no chance getting my money back. I hope they are brought to task but different laws they'll get away with it.
