I was sent the wrong size and NO ONE will respond! I have sent many emails with pictures of the unworn shoes and still NO ONE has responded.

The shoes are cute, but they sent the complete wrong size. Now they are ghosting me on my return and refund.

I was sent the wrong size & after numerous emails the problem is still not sorted. The shoes look a lot cheaper than the actual cost. Would definitely not recommend buying from them!!

Very cheaply made product. Doubt they will hold up more than 2 wearings. The company misled me stating they were in the USA, but as soon as I could track the shipment it was obviously NOT MADE IN THE UNITED STATES. Wearing such a poor product (white threads on a black shoe,the liner edge shows all around-pale beige against black outer) makes me very concerned for safety around turning my ankle.

I can’t return this uncomfortable shoes. This is my second week trying to return but “manager is still reviewing if I can’t return”. I sent a message to this company the moment I received the shoes. Scam for sure! To whom do I need to report ?

Worst customer service - shoes do not fit and are not good quality and they want me to pay to ship them back - would not recommend ordering from this company
