Can’t review something you never receive! A true rip off company. Thank goodness it wasn’t more than 60.00. However, still a waste of time and money. I’ll not recommend them to anyone

The shoes I ordered are too big. I have been emailing back and forth trying to return them. Their customer service is terrible. I will not order from them again. So disappointed.

I’m still waiting to get my order it’s been a month. When I reached out they pretty much ignored my questions and said your order has been processed. I would not order from them.

I would prefer to give them 0 stars. I’m very disappointed with these shoes and the company. I have emailed them several times and only got a generic response. The shoes i got were not the right size and besides that they are damaged. I would like to get this resolved, but after almost two weeks it doesn’t seem possible. I don’t recommend.

I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered a size 8 and was sent a size 9 and the company says I’m responsible to pay for the shipping from Canada to Italy. I have asked for a full refund but keep getting the same generic reply that I have to ship them back first. The company has stolen my money.

I finally received my 2 pairs of loafers that I ordered. I was very disappointed that they did not fit me. They were too big around but fit length. I have been trying to reach someone with the given email to start the return process and keep getting the message sent back stating that there is no email - wrong domain. I spent a lot of money and would like to receive a full refund.

Do not order from NORTHEND! I ordered a pair of green loafers. I was sent beige. I went back and looked at the site. Whatever color you order, it puts beige in your cart. I sent them a video, and they have fixed it, but they have still not sent return instructions. Regardless of the color, they are very cheaply made and have no support.

I would give zero stars if able. This is a scam, do not buy. They Sent wrong size and no response for exchange/refund in four weeks. DO NOT BUY from them. Will be reporting them to the BBB and contesting the CC charge that this point.
