Terrible quality, terrible sizing, terrible run around on what was supposed to be an easy return.

I ordered a pair of slippers from this company. They never made it to me and the tracking showed them being returned to the company. I've been emailing them for a month about getting a refund and they just keep telling me that they submitted the request to management, but I ordered them almost two months ago. They are likely not giving me a refund and I wasted money. Such a scam, do not order from them.

Do not order from this company!! I ordered a pair of slippers and they were huge. I have tried to return them and have taken the required photos and submitted the photos for review. It has been over two weeks now and it is clear that the company has no intention of allowing a return. I have never worn the slippers and filled out the return information on the day I received the slippers. I am going to file a complaint with my credit card company and ask that they intervene. This is by far the worst customer service I've ever experienced!

Biggest scam! I have been trying to return these, because they were too big, for weeks. Keep getting the runaround

I wish I could give this company zero stars. I received the shoes and they were too big. I IMMEDIATELY emailed the company to initiate a refund and return. It has been OVER a month and every time I email them they send the same auto-generated email back that their "manager" is reviewing the photos I sent them. I just wish I would have seen these other reviews before ordering from them.

Do not order from this company. The cheepest shoes I’ve ever had the displeasure of ordering. I’m still waiting for my return authorization after two weeks. I’ll be filing a fraudulent claim. I filed a fraudulent claim with my credit card company who gave me a full refund. I guess I will throw away these pieces of crap shoes now.

Don't do it!! The photos of the shoes look cute and all but it took well over a month to receive them, and when I did, they were not the correct size. To return the shoes would cost me additional money. UGH!! Absolutely no guarantee that I would get any money back. I should have read the reviews!!

Should have read the reviews...took forever to get here, and the slippers are too large, so I started a return...directions are garbled and incomplete. I cannot find the Italian address to send the slippers. I still have two pairs of footwear I CANNOT WEAR, and apparently can't return...so NorthEnd still has my money. May lodge a report with my credit card company.
