My shoes do not fit and I need to return them.

This review is for the Dane Orthopedic dress shoes. Both pair of shoes were defective. In addition, they are not "orthopedic" as advertised. There is no arch support, no metatarsal pad, no heel cup or pad, nothing orthopedic about them. Eleven days after requesting a return, I am still waiting for the information to ship them back. Also, return shipping is to Italy! Buyer beware!

I ordered an 8.5, they sent me a 41, usually that's a 38 or 39. I immediately asked for a return, this was 3/29/25. It took a while for the response but they asked for photos so management could review, I sent them, it is now 5/13/25 and they have not given me instructions to return the shoes for the refund despite my numerous emails asking for it. They just keep saying they ar sin processes and procedures. What should take about 30 seconds has taken almost 2 months. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. DON'T BUY FROM THEM

I am very unhappy. I ordered a size 7.5 shoe which, after living in Italy for 15 years I know correlates to a size 37. I was sent a size 39. I have written two notices on the contact site provided and have heard nothing back about what will be done to remedy this. I would appreciate hearing something ASAP

Do not buy anything from these folks, I have been trying to return the shoes I ordered because they do not fit, & no matter what I do, I cannot get them to give me the correct info or the return emails to do so. They are not to be trusted.

Do not fall victim to this company!!! If I could give less than 1 star, I would. They offered no communication as to when my shoes would be delivered (over 5 weeks). They made an error and sent the wrong size. After jumping through weeks of email hoops, I gave them my correct size again on the condition that shipping the wrong size back would be at my expense. Now they are supposedly issuing a refund. Not what I asked for. The headache of dealing with this company is not worth the purchase price of the shoes. Costly mistake on my part. Lesson learned.

There should be an option to give this company zero stars. I like others, was scammed with their promise of orthopedic fit. These are cheaply made. Having said that the only thing that’s worse Is their Hypocritical return policy! They make it impossible to make a return. I think this is probably a scam company and they are not located in New York. I will definitely be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau for investigation. Stay away from this company.!

I ordered a pair of shoes for my daughter's wedding. When they arrived I found them extremely unconfortable and ill fitting. I contacted the company several times about how to go about returning the shoes. After sending a picture of the shoes and my order number a week later I finally received an automated AI response that they would send the info to the manager for approval . This was 2 months ago. I have repeatedly ( EVERY 2 WEEKS) requested a refund and how to go about returning the shoes. Each time I get the same obviously AI generated response.
