I would give this company 0 stars. The shoes arrived and the lining is separated from the shoe. I sent photos and asked for a refund three times. They keep putting off giving me a credit and say it has to be reviewed again. Works quality and customer service ever. Now I have to deal with my credit card company to have them deny the charge.

Unlike 99% of other of other online purchases, northend makes customers go through a laborious process for returns. Their website boasts “ easy returns” but what returns require is documentation with photos and a review process by leadership of the company. Beware of buying any product from them as, if you are not happy, you are stuck with the item.

These are the cheapest, poorly constructed shoes I have ever purchased. So much so that my experience has led me to swear that I will never buy shoes (almost anything) online from unknown vendors again. If there was a place to submit pictures of my order would. Below is a summary of their ridiculous return policy. "Refund Policy: We offer a 60-day refund policy. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as it was received, with tags and original packaging intact. Proof of purchase is also required. Damaged or Broken Goods: If the product is damaged or broken, please test it out and record any issues on video. This will help us evaluate if the product needs troubleshooting or replacement. Reach out to us immediately with any issues so we can process a replacement if needed. Return Shipping: If the return is accepted, you will be responsible for the postage costs. We will provide you with a return shipping label once the return is approved."

This is the worst company in the world to deal with… Received my shoes neither pair fit and one was received dirty. I emailed the same day, and I’ve been getting the runaround since. I would never do business with them again. Since they won’t return them, they went in the trash.

The shoes are way too big and super cheap quality construction. When I tried to arrange to return them, they said they sent the request to their manager, and I have never heard back. Total waste of money. This kind of scamming should be against the law. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

On May 6, 2025, I ordered Dane - Orthopedic Comfort Shoes, Black, size 5.5 for $59.97. The shoes did not arrive until today, May 28, 2025. An attempt was made to deliver a week earlier but no one was home. They said they called me but did not leave a message. And no estimated delivery date was ever provided. The shoes we shipped in a plastic bag inside and a shipping envelope on the outside. Horrible! The shoes were smashed and mis-shaped. I ordered size 5.5 and the actual shoe size is “35”. What size is this? It’s not a 5.5 because they were too large for my foot size. In addition to all of the above, the shoes are cheaply made. The material was like cardboard and in no wise an orthopedic comfort shoe.

Terrible. I ordered a size 8 shoe and was sent a size 9. They told me I have to pay to send back the 9 and then they will send the 8. Customer service does not respond to me. I just get “ we are looking into it” this has been 7 weeks of back and forth via email and I am still out the $ I just want the correct shoe to be sent

I haven't received the shoes I ordered almost four weeks ago. I really don't know if I'll receive them— customer service is definitely lacking. Also they are shipped from who knows where overseas. Do not recommend.
