I never received my order. Northend Shop contracts with an unreliable carrier who failed to deliver the package. I reached out in advance to both Northend Shop and the carrier itself, because this exact same result occurred just a month earlier with the same carrier. They unilaterally abandoned any delivery attempt and sent the parcel back to Northend Shop. I want a full refund ASAP!!

I received the shoes I odered after waiting 3 weeks. They arrived in a shrink wrap plastic bag, not a box. They were also huge, I ordered my regular size which is 8, but these shoes were a full size too big and feel off my feet. I emailed asking for an exchange and did not get a response. After 48 hours I packaged them up and sent them to the address on the original package and sent off another email to ask for a second time to please send me an exchange pair in a size 7. I paid $14.00 for the return postage because the company does not pay for that. I mailed that package on May 16th. The following day, after I sent them back I receieve an email giving me the address for shipment, but it was too late, they were enroute. I was leaving the country the following day so I had to get them sent. Customer service emailed me back and told me not to worry that they would resolve my issue and get me a new pair of smaller shoes. I have yet to get a status update and of courese I still do not have the new shoes....I would probably never use this site again and should have checked to see if there is a customer service phone number BEFORE I placed an order...because we all know that's a red flag. M

Bought 3 pair of shoes, one pair was fine. I ordered a size 9.5, they sent a European size 43, which is a men’s 9.5-10 in US. They were ladies dress shoes, so not sure why they think a needed and men’s 9.5. They, supposedly, shipped from Coppell, TX (that’s the return address), but to return them, it has to go to Italy, and guess who pays for the shipping, not them. They come in a plastic, sorta padded shopping bag. Shoes are smashed and crumpled. Buyer beware!

I paid $60 for shoes that were supposed to be “orthopedic”. They were cheap and terribly uncomfortable which I only had in my feet 10 seconds. I went to return them which it clearly stated on their site you can. But then they claimed there has to be something wrong them. SCAM

Terrible store, I ordered a sandal for $69,00, and it never arrived. I made a complaint asking for refund but they didn’t care, so I’m contacting Better Business Bereau, because I don’t want to loose my money. Also they get products from Temu and sell for much more. The sandal I bought and never received costs $ 18,99 in Temu and I paid $69,00, but the worse over all is that I never received the sandals. Terrible

I bought a pair of pink DANE shoes which are really cute. I ordered a size 8 1/2 and a European size 41 came in. Which is a 9 1/2 in US. They were shipped in an unpadded envelope which caused deep cresses in the felt from being shoved in the bag and unfortunately, because they took too long to arrive and I can't reorder them hoping they arrive in time for the wedding I planned to wear them in.

If I could give this company a big 0 I would. I ordered just like one of the previous customers in a previous review a pair of shoes. They arrived in a little bubble wrap envelope, slightly dented, 17 days later. They were not "orthopedic", very cheaply made and too big. I too have tried to contact the company by email since they don't have a phone number without any success. There is no way to to process a return whatsoever. Do not do business with this company!!!!

I ordered a pair of shoes with a description of "orthopedic". They are flimsy, cheap looking and way too large. I have been emailing them since the end of April to process a return (It is now June) and they continue to skirt the issue and process a return. This is a fraudulent and annoying company to work with. I have sent them pictures of unworn shoes and they reply with nonsense like this that does not include any direction for a return. They are clearly hoping their customers will get frustrated and just give up: a direct copy and paste of a email from them follows: Hello, We hope you’re doing well. We truly understand the urgency of your request and the importance of resolving this matter as quickly as possible. Please know that we have already made efforts to expedite your request and are actively following up to ensure everything is processed promptly. However, as much as we would like to speed things up even further, we are unable to take shortcuts due to the necessary processes and procedures we must adhere to. These steps help us ensure that everything is handled correctly and with the utmost care. We want to assure you that we are doing everything we can within the established guidelines to move things forward as quickly as possible, and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding. Thank you for working with us. We’ll keep you updated with any new developments and will continue to monitor the situation closely.
