When I placed the order, it didn't look like it went though. When I clicked again, it added a second pair of the exact same shoe and placed the order. I emailed them immediately to cancel the second pair, but to no avail. I received both pairs crammed into a tiny bag - no box. The upper is cheap, thin fabric that was all wrinkled due to the shipping. I tried one pair on and it was not comfortable at all. There is no padding or support. The material squeezes my toes together. I immediately requested a return. I have emailed at least 4 times. It has been 18 days and they are still not approving the return. I know I will have to pay a lot in shipping to return, but there is no way I would ever wear these uncomfortable cheap looking shoes. Also, it was shipped from Chicago, where I live, but I have to ship back to ITALY? I did not read all the fine print when I placed the order. NEVER AGAIN.

Update: Based on feedback here, I didn't even open the package. I wrote refused and delivered back to USPS. Hopefully you see this before you open the package. Also open a dispute with your credit card company. I was told that they investigate companies with disputed charges. Hoping this will help stop people from buying the product when the credit card flags it. Terrible experience. This is not a legitimate company. Item took weeks to arrive. Actually they are cute shoes but they didn’t fit so I tried to exchange them which they make almost impossible. The return address on package is in the states but you have to ship out of the country which is almost half of what shoes cost before they’ll exchange. I felt like I kept getting run around. Will never purchase from Northend again.

Read these reviews. They are absolutely correct. Shame on me for not believing them. Shoes received absolute crap. Not worth $10 much less $60. Refunds/customer service is a run around.

total scam. I ordered a pair of sandals, I wasn't sure that my card was accepted, so hit the payment button, and voila! I have ordered two pairs. Attempting to follow up, got the runaround about the order being processed so there was nothing "they" could do and did I want to choose another pair instead. No, I want a refund....still waiting for shoes or refund for one pair. I feel stupid, but they are horrible people.

The shipping is long and horrible, they sent me three damaged shoes. They squished the three shoes into one very small bag. The material of the shoes are so cheap that they were ruined during the long haul. I spent $159 with them and they refuse to send me a label or allow me to return them for a full refund. They wanted photos, which I sent, they also wanted a video, that would have to be approved. After that, IF they accept my return, I will be responsible for the return shipping overseas! This company does not ship from the US, although their address is Denver, CO and/or New York...who knows where they are! They make returns complicated to deter you from pursuing what's right. I'm usually good about checking reviews, but there are no Google reviews for this company. I wish I saw this sooner. Don't be fooled like I was!

The shoes are poorly constructed and provide insufficient support.(definitely no orthopedic shoes.) I would not recommend this product. Additionally, shipping took 20 days from New York to New Jersey 😡

I do not like the sandals and cannot seem to get any help returning them - just a run around. Do not buy from this sight as they are done when they send you product. Sandals do not fit - way too big and wide and I do not care for the material they are made o - straps look like some kind of plastic.
