I would not recommend this company if it really is a company. I tried to cancel 10 minutes after ordering and they sent the shoes anyway. They are sitting and waiting for a return slip which they won't send. They have a non existent phone number on their charge on my credit card. Horrible horrible company.

The business is an absolute scam. The shoes are cheaply made with complete disregard to orthopedics. If you initiate a return, you have to send multiple photos and videos, and wait for approval from a "Manager" which can take several weeks. Avoid at all costs!

I did not get the shoes I ordered. VERY FRUSTRATING. OBVIOUSLY you guys are a scam. I wish I would have checked it out better.

First, the website - I placed the order ,and it started flashing a button on the confirmation screen that my order is not yet complete, and that added a second pair of shoes to the order without me realizing it Second, support - I reached out telling them of the ordering issue, and they didn't fix anything and sent out 2 pairs. Third, shipping - the shoes were shipped overseas in a plastic bag, with 2 pairs tightly stuffed in there! The material was completed wrinked by the time it got to me and unwearable. Lastly, back to support - I reached out regarding return/refund with pictures - they sent back a standard templated email back that they require pictures/videos and I'd be responsible for shipping back. I replied that with videos and again the pictures, stating that I should not be responsible for paying for return shipping since obviously they don't know how to ship. This was 2 weeks ago, I'm still waiting on resolution.

I tried to order a pair of their shoes. It appeared that the order didn’t do through. I never got any receipt or acknowledgement of an order. Yesterday 2 pairs of the same shoes arrived and I found thru my cc that I was charged over $100! I immediately tried to contact them and found they have no phone number listed, only email. I emailed. They responded that since the order was delivered they can only offer an exchange. Terrible horrible SCAM company. Stay far away!

Well it's hard to review shoes when you still didn't receive them! I placed my order on 6/2/25. It is now 6/23. That's THREE weeks and I still don't have them! I emailed them and they made a lame excuse about new inventory. But if they are going out of business, why would they be waiting for new inventory?

Disappointed - ordered 6/2 - shipped 6/5 - handed over to last mile (no idea what that means!?) 6/15 - nothing further, just the sound of crickets...
