I would give this company zero stars if I could. This has been, without question, the worst shopping experience I've had in 66 years. I ordered a pair of shoes January 2, 2025 using a promo code, and despite receiving a delivery confirmation, the product never arrived. Like many others have reported, there is no phone number to call—only email, and responses were painfully slow. Eventually, they agreed to send a replacement pair. That replacement took ages to arrive, and by the time I finally received the shoes, I had already left for Florida and wouldn’t be returning until spring. When I came home for a short visit, I found the package. Upon opening it, I was immediately overwhelmed by a horrendous, toxic petroleum smell. The shoes were unwearable—I had to leave them in the garage. When I contacted the company, I was told I needed to send photos and a video—even after explaining that the issue was the overwhelming odor. One rep had previously told me I could return them due to the delay in delivery. But now, conveniently, it was beyond their 30-day return window. Despite their earlier email stating they cared about my satisfaction and would help with a return, I never heard back again. I contacted American Express to file a claim, but since it was beyond the 60-day window, it was complicated. AMEX tried to help, but the company claimed the item was “non-returnable” because it was on sale. It wasn’t—it was a promo code. Still, Northend repeated the lie, and I was left stuck with a pair of shoes I paid good money for and cannot use. This company is deliberately unethical. They drag out responses, bury customers in bureaucracy, and manipulate timelines so that you're beyond your credit card’s protection period. Their products are defective, their customer service is evasive, and their policies are misleading. Avoid this company at all costs. They should be out of business. The process began January 2, 2025 and they stopped corresponding with me March 27, 2025

Company did not send correct shoe size that I ordered. I can barely fit my feet into them. Had to contact via email and vacation was 7 days ago without any response. There is no return label, instructions or even packing ship to initiate return. I actually received 1 email asking to stop emailing them with questions.

DO NOT BUY from this company. The shoes are not the orthopedic quality they claim. The ball of the foot was so narrow I couldn’t wear it. I had to return the shoes to China to potentially get a refund. I wish I’d seen these other reviews first.

I wish I would have read the trustpilot reviews first. Low quality and you have to pay to return. Shipping came wrapped in plastic. Don’t believe the ads

Do not purchase from them!! Total ripoff. Shoddy product. Sent in a tight plastic bag with no box. Complete resistance when you try to make a return (“Management needs to review”). Require photos from customer which they then ignore. This is a scam company. You will lose your money.

Terrible. Cheap, no arch support. Impossible to return. Don’t buy anything from companies that troll FB.

Never received my 3 pairs of shoes.

I would do no stars , when I ordered . Message said 3,4, 5 days, got them today14 days later. Surprise, surprise I got 2 different sizes. So chalk it up to be scammed, shoes are very cheap, the so called leather straps are so thin and cheap. Learned a lesson, cheap company
