DO NOT BUY FROM NORTHENDSHOP!! I wish I had read the reviews. It looks like the scam is the same. Buy a pair of shoes, takes a minimum of 2 weeks to arrive, size is too small. Now you have to contact customer service, so email through website and they respond from a Gmail account. They push you to exchange and you have to pay cost of return. Quality of shoe is crap. Definitely not what I was expecting. I didnt want an exchange, I wanted a refund. Now I’ve been ghosted. So they took my money!! Luckily it was only one pair. Taking the loss and will donate the shoes. Buyer please beware.

The shoes came 3 sizes too large.

The shoes I ordered were the wrong size; I ordered a 9 and received an 8. I notified the company within 24 hours. The rep suggested I accept an exchange rather than a refund. She would not provide a return label or even give me an address to return the shoes, and said the decision to provide a refund belonged only to the manager. However, I was expected to ship the shoes to Italy (I was never given an address), and the refund would be given when the shoes arrived.

I too wish I had read the reviews before ordering these shoes. First, the ordering website was very deceptive and I ended up ordering two pair of shoes with no way to change the number or cancel the order. Second, trying to return these shoes because the are not the right size and don't resemble what was shown on the website, has been a nightmare. Like other reviews, they totally give you the run around and try to get you to exchange for a different style. They are shipped from China so take an incredibly long time to get here and if you want to return them, you have to ship them back to China. TOTAL SCAM, UNETHICAL COMPANY! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

WARNING-SCAM- YOU WILL NEVER GET A REFUND!!! Gave one star because no stars was not an option. I ordered shoes that took several weeks to arrive. When I finally received them, they did not resemble what was pictured on the website, they were the wrong size and uncomfortable. Oddly, the package had no return address. I emailed them for a refund and they said they would replace the shoes. I stated again that I did not want a replacement, I wanted a refund. They gave me the run around - each email takes several days to receive a response. Next, they said that I needed to provide pictures of the shoes to ensure they were not damaged or worn. I immediately sent very clear pictures and they said they needed to wait for their manager to approve. I have been emailing every few days and this back and forth has been going on for over a month. I believe that they think I will give up and I refuse.

Shoes did not fit. I emailed requesting a refund multiple times and have not heard from them. I would NOT recommend.

Shipping too well over a month with no updates on progress until they were delivered. The shoes I ordered were in us sizes at 4.5. What I received was in EU sizing at 36. They were too large and trying to do a return is impossible. They have tried to get me to do an exchange in 3 different communications. Unfortunately they don have shoes any smaller so there is no option for an exchange. This is a China based company with a cover on their website with a US address. Don’t fall victim like I did.
