Very disappointing experience! The shoes took a month to arrive. When they finally did, they had sent the wrong color shoes, and the shoes run very small. I asked for a return label and they are refusing, trying repeatedly to get me to make an exchange…at my shipping expense. I don’t want an exchange. I will have to make a chargeback or eat the cost.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered a pair of what was advertised as a Sketchers brand pair of sandals and then another unknown brand to me from this company. It took over three weeks to receive the package, and when it came there was only one pair of shoes that were extremely poor quality. The sketchers weren’t even in the package and no apology or explanation of why the shoes weren’t in the package. I contacted the company and asked for a refund. Note that the shoes were shipped directly from China, so look at this joke of a response I received… Hi, If you prefer to proceed with a refund for the second pair, please note that the item will need to be returned to our facility in Italy once the request is approved. Kindly be aware that return and refund requests may take longer to process, as they require approval from our manager. Additionally, as part of our policy, the return shipping cost will need to be covered by the customer. Shipping fees to Italy typically start at $75, depending on the courier. This site aims to scam people. The quality is poor and the refund policy demands approval from some unknown source. Their customer service site promises response in 24-48 hours, but it doesn’t occur. Buyer beware!

I do think the shoes are super cute, but I ordered a 7.5, they sent a 6.5, yet O have to pay to ship them back to CHINA in order to exchange them. They don’t even provide a shipping label. I am still waiting to get the address I’m supposed to ship it to. Wish I had read the reviews before I purchased. Also wish they had sent the right size.

The shoes I received are not the same as pictured. I ordered open toe and heel sandals, but received something looking like a sneaker with the sides and heels cut out with enclosed toe. To return would be too expensive.

The “orthopedic” shoes I ordered are anything but orthopedic. Horrible quality. When attempting to return for a full refund, that’s where the “no questions asked “ policy fell apart. I had to explain myself, then was told it’s easier to get an exchange than a refund but if I want a refund I have to ship the shoes back to China for $15 then when they get there I might get a refund. I would donate them to Good Will but that would be ill will on some poor soul’s soles.

Shoes arrived in new condition on June 23,2025 however run very small and narrow. I sent an email to return on June 25, 2025 and resent return email again on July 3, 2025. I’m still waiting for a response.

The Munich sandals were a disappointment. The ad photo is misleading. Looks like real leather straps, but they are plastic. They are advertised as providing orthopedic support, but are loose and have no arch support whatsoever. The "cushioning" is thin. Wanted to love them, but they are not true to their advertising.
