The company just added items to my chart after my order processed and I incurred additional charges. Then when I contacted them and told them about it they offered me to exchange the additional items instead of returning them. When I said no, I wanted my original order restored, they told me I could return the item for $25 dollars more than the items they had added. I ended up having to call my credit card company to dispute the whole thing. I do not have high hopes that the item will be of good quality or true to ad if this is how they do business. Very scammy vibes

You canNOT return. Stuck with horrible shoes. I should have done more reserach about this website northend.shop before I ordered "Dane - Orthopedic Comfort Shoes".

Sizing was not accurate at all. They were two sizes too small and dealing with them for an exchange. A refund is truly horrible. Do not order from these people. I’m just going to donate my shoes to the homeless. It’s ridiculous. What their customer service lacks.

Mailed the wrong size, Very difficult company to deal with, you pay if you need to return something, but they are not giving you any address to mail the return. I am so frustrated wish I could give them O stars

Shoes are not even close to an accurate size. Looks like they were made for a child. The company has not responded to any of my requests for return & refund instructions. Would not recommend.

Shoes arrived late and their 8.5 is a full inch shorter than my regular shoes. Never answer contact requests. 4 pairs of shoes might be going to goodwill. I’ll try to get my money back thru bank, but I’m not holding my breath. Bad, bad business! Stay away.
