Customer serice was horrible. I incorrectly order two shoes same syte. Immediately contact you guys, they wouldn't refund me. I have been going back and forth. Now you want me to pay you $75 to return them, that is the most absurd thing ever. The shoes are horrible, I tried a pair and the heal is squish and I trip and can't walk on them. This was a horrible experiense. I am contacting my credit card to disupute this and get my money back. Disappointed. Would never recommend this to anyone.

If I could give zero stars I would have as well. They are cheap made and the advertisement had Clark's emblem on it so they also do false advertising as well. Anyone that wears shoes knows that Clark's is a reputable brand and that is not what I received. Your product is trash and your return policy sucks as well.

Fake plastic no support ready to fall apart and absolutely no comfort

Shoe sizes not accurate. Size up if ordering. They make it extremely difficult to return the item. It cost me more to return than it actually cost to buy the shoes. Will not order from Northend again.

I am not surprised to see so many bad reviews. I also was disappointed with how they manipulated the purchasing experience to make me think they were discounting my purchase when actually adding an additional item. When I have repeatedly requested a refund since seconds after my purchase I have been given bullshit excuse one after another. Still waiting...When the items came, the shoes were of lower quality than advertised. Shoes said to be orthopedic had only a flat flimsy sole. Don't even think I will wear these.

Would give zero stars if I could. Low quality shoes with a thin sole that looks like it will wear down or peel away with one good walk. Terrible customer service-- two weeks spent haggling online over making a return and it's still not resolved. They will never give me my money back and will likely take down this honest review. If you are reading this beware: do not buy!

These shoes are the worst shoes I've ever unfortunately bought. They are listed as orthopedic shoes but are so flimsy they wouldn't work even for slippers. The strap isn't leather but thin plastic. They are not returnable but exchange only and you have to pay for postage to China. What a waste of money! They are going in the garbage...I wouldn't even donate them and ask anyone to wear them. Awful!

I ordered brown shoes and received black shoes. Not satisfied at all! Will not order from this company again!
