I would give this company NEGATIVE STARS if I could. I received the wrong size. I contacted customer service immediately and was told that I had to pay return shipping to exchange the item. I requested that the company provide a prepaid return label and send the correct size, due to their own mistake. After each email, they sent an automated email message that didn't pertain to my email. I have reached out several time now with no response. A TOTAL SCAM. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FAKE COMPANY.

Ordered shoes. Website stated 3-5 business days. 18 days later, received shoes which were too small, discolored and creased (from packaging). They requested that I send them pics of the merchandise. Then sent me a email saying I’m sending too many emails. Too many hoops to get a refund. Checked address on package-not legit. Checked address on website-not legit. Lesson learned. SCAM-DO NOT order from this website!

The shoes are cheaply made and sized incorrectly. Customer service is a joke. I have been trying to return an order since June but they will not provide an address for returns/refunds.

These shoes are so poorly made of cheap material. I have requested return multiple times. First they said I can exchange. Then I told them their website says you can return. Now they want pictures of the shoes and said multiple layers of approval to process. So shady!!

According to the chart online, US size 8 = 38. I have 5 pairs of shoes that don't fit. I wrote to the company 5 times in the past 4 weeks asking for an exchange for a size 41. They finally provided a return address which in "CHINA". It will cost me 600.00 to ship the shoes back to them via UPS. If I use USPS, it will cost me 200.00. I wrote back to them on 07/21/2025 and still haven't received a response. The client service is horrible. The shoes are not worth the experience. I'll never order from this company again and I will tell all my friend, neighbors and coworkers NOT to order from this company.

If I could give them a negative star I would. First, they are quite misleading and do not get your shoes within a week. Second, they make it impossible to return them. Their website states 60 day return guarantee. That's why I bought two pair of the same shoe, in two different sizes. But they are making it impossible to return one pair. They keep throwing up roadblocks and state in their emails to me that the return process is complex. Third, the shoes are of very low quality. And last, they have NO PHONE NUMBER WHERE YOU CAN CALL FOR HELP!!! Next time I order shoes from a place I've never heard of, I will make sure to check for phone numbers, etc. Caveat Emptor!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My first and definitely my LAST time to ever order from this company. I ordered 1 pair of shoes and they mailed me 3 pairs of the exact same shoes AND charged my credit card for 3 pairs. It is impossible to return them as they will not give me an address to return them too AND they said if I did return them, I would be responsible to pay the shipping fees to send them to ITALY. Lesson learned.

4/24, I placed an order & I got an “order shipped” email the same day. 4/25, I got an out of stock notification. 5/10, I replied asking what is in stock since their site was not reflecting correctly. Same day they say they will check with the warehouse. 5/28, I send a follow up email requesting either a response to my previous inquiry by the end of the day, or a refund if they fail to provide that. 5/29, I got a “we will reach out to the warehouse again” email 5/30, I clarify that I requested a refund if they could not provide an answer by end of day of 5/28 considering I’d asked 18 days prior & requested an immediate refund. 5/31, they responded with "We wanted to let you know that we've already forwarded your refund request to our manager for review. At this time, we are awaiting approval.” It's 7/19 now & still no refund. I gave them more than a fair chance to conduct business with integrity & they’ve failed miserably.
