I have been waiting an entire month for my order to arrive, and I still have nothing to show for it. The customer service is an absolute joke — they keep sending the same generic, copy‑and‑paste emails offering discount codes instead of actually addressing the issue. Every time I ask for a refund, they ignore the request and repeat the same line about the package having “left the warehouse.” Well, if it supposedly left the warehouse a month ago, where is it? Nowhere. Because this company is a complete scam. They refuse to refund, refuse to take responsibility, and clearly don’t even have real people responding to emails. Do not waste your money. Do not engage with their rubbish products or their non-existent service. Total scam artists.

This company is a scam. Sent wrong sized shoes I got a 3 instead of a 6. None of the return emails work. Do not order from them.

I ordered 2 pairs slip on slip off runners. I received my order today, not the shoes I ordered and they dont fit. They offer returns but you must pay shipping. I shouldn't pay shipping as they didn't send me the runners I ordered. Company is offering me the option to return at my cost of shipping. Unreal, They send me cheap shoes that are not the ones I ordered and they also are offering 50%off order if I choose to keep them. Also offering 50% off next order. Like I would order again!!! Unreal

I ordered trainers said they were sketchers ordered size 6 was sent 4 they were not sketchers they said it would be expensive to send back they offered me discount I dont want anything else how do I get a refund

I ordered 2 pairs wedge sandals size 5 and paid £101. When they arrived they were a size 4! I have written and emailed 10 times and being ignored! Absolutely terrible service and a complete waste of money! Do not order from this company!!

Absolutely terrible shoes wrong size wrong colour delivered. They say the sandals are easy to slide your foot they are anything like that . The advert says the store is in the UK which is not true so how do you get a refund probably cost a lot to send back to China

I have nothing good to say about this company. it is horrible customer service takes forever to ship and then when you get your item it is not what you ordered. they advertise sketchers but what they ship is a crap pair of shoes. Then when you want to return they make you send pictures that you have not worn them and say they will review and decide if you can return- REALLY?? this company is just a big scam!! I have tried for over a month to return these and get my money back, I have sent 10 emails and they will not respond. They took my money and sent a crap pair of shoes and now wont respond or give me my money back. They are a terrible company!

Beware!!! I saw these really cute Croc-looking sandals on Instagram, and since I love Croc sandals, I decided to order them. Well, guess what? They are nowhere near the material, thickness, or quality of Crocs. They look NOTHING like the shoes I ordered, and yes, I ordered two pairs. The material is extremely thin, maybe only a little thicker than a piece of paper, and it is vinyl, not leather. The wedge heel is rubber, and the overall quality is very disappointing. Please, if you see this company advertising cute summer sandals on Instagram, do not order. In my opinion, Instagram needs to ban this company because the advertisement is misleading. There was no return slip inside the package, no clear return information, nothing. I started to donate them to Goodwill or the Salvation Army, then had to stop and think, “If I don’t want to wear them, why would I want anyone else walking around in these hideous shoes?” I wouldn’t. So I am throwing them in the garbage where they belong. I am sick over what I paid for two pairs. I cannot stress this enough: do not buy from NORTHEND.
