I originally booked with this company because of their rates, but look elsewhere. It started off terribly. I called for a pickup after arriving at the airport, and they told me they'd pick me up in 15 minutes. I waited for almost 2 hours before I was finally picked up, and after calling them multiple times to follow up. After every contact, they kept saying "about 10 more minutes". I literally seen shuttles from other companies each pick up 5-6 rounds of customers before my shuttle finally arrived. On their website, they advertised car models that looked to be 2-3 years old, and to my dismay, they had instead, a prius that was a 2012 model that was dirty, looking like it just was taken for a joyride on a dirt/mud road. The dash panel also did not work. Terrible service and misleading advertisements, I would avoid these guys at all costs. I will definitely not be giving them my business again.

GROS VOLEUR A FUIR j'ai restituer la voiture a l'aéroport de fes. Lorsque je l'ai récupéré elle était dégueulasse malgré cela je l'ai fait laver le jour de la restitution. 28 jours plus tard il m'ont prélevé 100e sur ma caution. Lorsque que je leur demande pourquoi ils me disent que c'est une erreur mais ne veulent pas me rembourser. a toute les personnes a qui cela arrive déposer une plainte contre se loueur au commissariat de l'aéroport. Les autorités n'aime pas ce genre de comportement.

If I could rate it zero, I would. Large bond hire. Got a flat due to a slow leak, spare tyre flat, no jack. Cost me 2 new tires, spare was bulged and the slow leak tire had an incorrect fix. No reimbursement. Turns out the tires on the front were different sizes to those on the back. Bridgestone tires were appalled but gave me a full report of all issues. Paperwork said North at hire, which they said no Longer exists and the card they gave me said hybrid car rentals so watch out for this fidget mob.

Expérience très décevante, à fuir. Location du 05/02/2026 au 12/02/2026 via CarJet auprès de North Car Rental (Ceriza Car Jalal). Un léger choc a été constaté à la restitution (aile gauche côté conducteur). Malgré le caractère mineur du dommage, la totalité de la caution a été prélevée : 925,05 €. À ce jour, aucun rapport d’expertise, aucune facture détaillée ni justificatif officiel ne m’ont été transmis malgré plusieurs demandes. Une estimation indépendante situe le coût de réparation à moins de 70 €, ce qui rend le montant retenu particulièrement disproportionné. Je recommande aux futurs clients d’être extrêmement vigilants : photos détaillées avant/après, demande systématique de justificatifs écrits et vérification précise des conditions de caution.(À éviter).

Complete scam, they do not pick up the calls, they do not wait for you at the arrivals as they claim, they give me a car with an expired insurance and I had to face issues with the police. They overcharged me without notice too... Worst experience ever.

À fuir, ils simulent le non-fonctionnement de cartes de crédit pour débiter les cartes et ne pas rembourser. 1 H d'attente pour récupérer le véhicule, pas de contact direct...

This is a scam.. There is no car company. Just take your money. Ruined our holiday.

I've been scammed in Nador (Morocco). First of all. I didn't get my car on the airpotrt. I had to take a ride with him to another place. When it was time to charge the deposit to my credit card, I was told that the payment terminal was broken and that I had to pay in cash. I was assured that I would get the moeny back when returning the car. When I brought the car back, he wasn't there due to some vague reason. I had to leave the key behind the fuel cap and was told I would receive the deposit back via bank transfer. Since then, I've been trying to get my money back through both customer service and the Nort rental (Carjet) representative. All I get are excuses, one after another. Be cautious and only rent from the other companies that operate directly at Nador Airport with their own Cabin and carparc at the Airport.
