Shauna and John were so helpful! They took their time to design the best bed for our 2016 4x4 MB Sprinter van.. it came out perfect! Everyone is very nice and the process was quick, easy and the price reasonable. We highly recommend going to them for any sort of mattress whether its for your van, truck, or home. Ordered a 30" x 74" trucker's mattress and am absolutely very satisfied. The quality is excellent, the firmness is superb and very comfortable. Well worth the cost.

Needed replacement mattress for an eye surgery stretcher. North American was great. I provided the dimensions and they custom built a mattress to fit an old stretcher. It's now one of the more comfortable stretchers in the facility, staff are asking me to replace other mattresses. Prompt service, decent pricing. Very happy. Will use again.
