This is a scam. I placed an order on September 13, 2024, Order #9020. I never received it.

Product advertised as 272 diodes but is actually a mere 86. Outrageously false advertising. Asked for a return but was informed it works and to simply use it for 120 days. Was informed that if it doesn't have any effect then they will process return. Product does not work and they continue to deny a return.

Stoled my money no product ever sent or received I emailed several times and stoked my money 💰 ripoff scam !

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!! Cap stopped working after a few weeks, I notified Nordic Biolabs, they requested a video of it not working and then told me they would send a new video. They now are asking for more videos, though I do not have the broken cap anymore and now saying they cant find me in the system. BETTER TO NOT BUY THIS PROUCT

Wow! They are liars all the way... they are thieves! Their cap literally costs less than $30 on Alibaba or AliExpress. Run away!

This is a scam, they do not follow any of their policies. Their product does not work. I originally tried to return the product before I even opened it as I changed my mind. They gave me an address in China (even though my package shows a return address of CA.) it was going to cost more than the product itself to ship it back. I emailed asking for a return label and they said to please try the product for 120 days and if at that point I was unhappy they would offer a refund. I’m guessing this time frame allows them to get past the window of fighting it through your bank or credit card. I waited the 120 days and now they said they have an AI that reviewed my photos and I show results therefore they will not refund. The entire thing is a scam. DO NOT BUY. And if you did fight the transaction immediately. Waste of time and money.

Scam! This product is not worth the bag it comes in.

This company operates on the principle of dropshipping (not a bad thing). Their items come directly from China (not a bad thing either). However, what they are doing is lying. The cap is "branded" using Photoshop. This is not an invention of theirs. It is the same for their "stem cell" treatment which reproduces the same principle. You can find their entire catalog on Alibaba. It is fraudulent because they sell products that address a real problem in people. They scam people in a weak position (those who really want to solve their hair loss problems). It is like selling a sick person a medicine that will cure them... and giving them a placebo. I find it criminal. I accept that good advertising, good marketing, allows you to sell an item that costs $20 to $200. It is good work. But when this marketing is based on a lie without knowledge of the real problems, no. They promise a refund but will never honor it. It is a scam and their general conditions are very solid to avoid any problems. I feel sorry for those who have been fooled.
