I bought the "laser" hat, used it as described for 6 months and noticed no difference. They claim to have 272 diodes but that number seems inflated. As for lasers, it looks like most diodes are LEDs. Very disappointed.

The product did re-grow my hair, but it dyed it blonde. I used the product for three months and did get results but my hair changed color and that was not acceptable. About one month after I stopped using it my hair started to thin. I used the product for another two months and my hair started growing again but blonder than before. I wrote to the company to get an explanation but the company never replied. I've decided to get an implant instead, though it's more expensive it's a permanent solution and I can keep my gray hair.

I have seen no results from the product and when I asked to have the guarantee honored, my request has been being analyzed for weeks now.
