Definitely a scam. Pay $1.99 for a test & you're automatically enrolled in a subscription that either wasn't mentioned or must have been in really small print. Usually when I sign up for subscriptions, they show up on my Google account & I can cancel them there. It wasn't there, so I had to contact PayPal to get ahold of them.

Like others I took an online test and paid a small fee for a seven day trial in order to access my report. Because 2 family members are seriously ill I forgot about it until I noticed that £39.95 had left my account. Further checks revealed I had signed for a monthly subscription. I cancelled immediately but as I didn't receive an email confirmation I contacted support and asked for confirmation. Ella responded and did that quickly. I then explained the situation regarding my family issues and asked about a refund, not really expecting one after what I had read about the company however Ella quickly processed this. I had low expectations of solving the issue without a lot of hassle but was very pleasantly surprised and I appreciate the company's support rep Ella for her understanding. The company also makes it very plain what you are signing up for when you click to pay the initial fee. Sadly people don't always read everything before paying

Would give 0 stars if I could. Wasn’t aware of the subscription fee. requested to cancel, which they said they would however they have taken again. Now raised an issue with my bank as this seems to only option left to get them to cancel.

I had the advert pop up on fb. I did the questionnaire as it stated FREE!! My results appeared on my phone but I later closed the page. I'd totally forgotten about it until I got a PayPal payment email come through. Same as others but I can seem to get back to the site to cancel this £39.95!!!
