Be careful with this company, they first tell you things are free, then they make you pay 1.95, and then out of nowhere they charge you 39.95, others are also reporting the same thing. BE CAREFUL

Seems I have unknown to me subscribed £39 monthly didn't know why or how but after looking on here do remember doing a AHD test seems that was the culprit like has happened to many others

Clearly a fraudulent company. They lure customers with a £1.95 psychological test, which is then used to enroll them in a subscription charging £39.95 per month. I acted quickly by cancelling the automatic PayPal payment and opening a dispute. It looks like the issue has been resolved, but I'll wait until next month to make sure they don't attempt to charge me another £39.95.

After paying an initial $1:95 for an Autism test I was hit with a $54 fee that was entirely unexpected.

Absolute SCAM COMPANY. Charged £1.95 for a report then one week later automatically charged £39.95 for one month's membership. I saw the Paypal notification for NordicaLab and managed to cancel the payment and also cancelled my membership before the transaction was completed. Looking back at the email sent with the report attached, it says at the very bottom that it's a subscription and how much will be charged. At no other point did they say I was subscribing to anything - so when I paid for the report there was no mention of this being a subscription. The email says the transaction will appear as Testlibrary.com but is actually appears as NordicaLab.

Ich wollte mir heute ein Produkt bestellen mit Versand zum Preis von knapp 72€! Nach Abschluss bekam ich eine Bestellbestätigung auf meine E-Mail über knapp 127€ und noch mehrere andere Produkte mit auf der Rechnung, die ich nie gekauft habe. Ich habe innerhalb kürzester Zeit eine Stornierung der Bestellung an die E-Mail Adresse gesendet und würde damit vertröstet mir 25Prozent auf den Bestellwert zu geben. Dies habe ich aber abgelehnt, weil ich diese Artikel nicht bestellt habe. Nun werde ich die Bestellung nicht annehmen unter diesen betrügerischen Absichten! Ich rate Jedem davon ab hier irgendwas zu bestellen!!! Sie bekommen zu der Bestellung noch andere Waren mit berechnet, die sie nicht bestellt haben!!! Achtung, nicht auf die betrügerische Absichten hereinfallen!!?

This is a scam. I paid £1.95 for a test, and have been auto-subscribed for £39.95. Avoid like the plague!
