Our dog came out clean and happy- so we were happy.

I was able to get my dog in less than 24hrs. Staff was friendly. My dog Honey looked and smelled great! Prices were very fair.

The groomer Christine remembers my pet's previous looking and grooming details makes me impressed. I am allergic to my cat's fur and Christine recommend me a medicine passionately, very appreciate to her! Very recommend!

Despite having an appointment, it took 5hours for grooming services. However, main reason why i rated low and won’t ever return, I arrived and parked right in front of shop, I see an employee smack a dog that was being a bit difficult. This employee went to assist and hold the dog, he smacked it on the head twice. That was very disturbing to watch. We trust that our pets that are like family will be safe. They shouldn’t be mistreated while being serviced.

Easy to get appointments over the phone. Friendly/nice staff. Clean and cute decor. They text to let you know when your pet is ready for pick up.

Awesome team and customer service 👏🏻
