The company sells really good food. But it currently has an issue with shipping and is not reliable when it will come. It may arrive late and/or not cold to the touch. If you have a weeks worth of backup food, this won't be an issue. just call and complain and they will send you a new batch. But that is wasteful, and who has extra room in their freezer for over a weeks worth of backup food? i don't, therefore i am continually stressed out worrying if the next order will arrive on time. it has happened at least three times in one year. They say you can go get it at pet smart etc. but their food is not available there or in any other stores in Miami Dade. So that is an issue. Unreliable = Stress! Be prepared.

My order was delayed by Federal Express. By the time it reached me, the food was melted. Nom Nom was very generous and kind and replaced the entire order within two days. Good job Nam Nam thank you OK.

The quality of the food is substandard you are not getting much meat and mostly just fill and that is if you actually get your order on time because if not it's spoiled and they blame it on the carrier which is a lie. This food is more like what you see in a dumpster a local restaurant. Don't get me started on their refusal to honor their guarantee and their illegal billing practices is nothing less than theft. Run run very fast to a better dog food supplier.

My dog loves this food. I like the nutritional value but it is quite pricey.

Unfortunately my handsome doggo and his little digestion system were not on board with the food switch. It took me a little time to try and sort it out as I wanted to rule out any issues with my vet. My second order came before I got confirmation and I was stressed, as I feared we would have to switch back to his old food. I called up the wonderful team at Nom Nom explained my issues and they refunded the order that had just arrived. I’m bummed my old man wasn’t able to get the potential benefits from this diet but all dogs have different digestive systems. I gave 5 stars as this experience could have been much different. However, it turned out to be the optimal outcome thanks to the great team at Nom Nom.

My dog loves the food! She has more energy and just seems happier at meal times. I love the company! They are informative and provide flexible options if you want to change meal types. The food always arrives in a timely way. The packages are easy to open. Just all around satisfied with my experience.
