We have been using the farmers dog and my German Shepard seems to like this food much better

I think that Nom Nom is a very good product, but I really don't like the packaging. I was led to believe that the food packages would be one per meal, but instead, they are one package per day. It is difficult and messy and annoying to try to cut the package evenly Also, the packages arrive secured by many rubber bands that cause the packages to be oddly shaped and difficult to stack and store while frozen

I did not like the turkey. My dogs would not eat it. I like the small size packaging so that I can feed it in one serving. My dogs are picky but for now are eating the chicken and beef. I will no more in the next several weeks.

I put items in my cart. When I went to check out I was shocked at how much the food would cost a month for a 10 lbs. dog. I aborted the check out as I was no longer interested in making this purchase. The food was sent anyway and charged to my card. I called and told them about it and the only thing I got was "SORRY" The shipping to keep it frozen is very expensive so I didn't send it back. Poor business practices! I gave them a change to make it right as I don't like to harm anyone's business. The answer you supplied in your response doesn't even address my complaint!!!!! I DID NOT COMPLETE THE TRANSACTION AND YOU SENT THE PRODUCT ANYWAY!!! I DID NOT COMPLETE THE PURCHASE AND YOU SENT IT ANYWAY WITH THE PATIAL INFORMATION OF MY CREDIT CARD! I REPEATED IT TWICE DO YOU UNDERSTAND NOW???

MY DOGS LOVE THIS FOOD AND NO MORE POOPY BUTTS TO CLEAN UP FROM RUNNY STOOLS.

I'm so sick and tired of their potions not containing the amount listed on the packaging!! I weigh each package every time and they are very very rarely the proper weight. 98% are either underweight or overweight. They justify by saying, "well your complete weekly package (that they put together with rubber bands) equals the total appropriate weight even if it’s not divided out accurately per package". I have two very small dogs, 7 lbs and 5 lbs, so they don't eat much at each feeding anyway, but it’s really a problem when one day I’m only able to feed them a meager 35g at one feeding because the package is underweight and then the next feeding I’m expected to feed them 60g because the package is overweight this time! Yorkies have very sensitive stomachs, and you cannot change the amount they eat willy-nilly each feeding! I’ve been using this brand for a couple years, but no longer since they cannot fix this problem in their packaging system!

Second shipment was to be 3 to 4 days late but after a call to nom nom it was only 1 day late. Ernie really likes his food.
