My dog seems to like Nom Nom. Particularly the turkey flavor. It is convenient to have it delivered. Only two things could be improved:the price and the packaging. Contrary to advertising showing opening the packages by hand, I have always had to use a scissors as thhe pckage is very hard, nearly impossible, for me to open by hand.

My dog loves the different recipes.

My little dog LOVES this food, he licks the bowl until polished! I have definitely noticed more energy and alertness in him.

My dogs love their beef. The delivery has always been on time and whenever we have any questions about something we haven't ordered before, their customer service team is always giving us the answers we need.

Nom Nom has been truly life changing for our 7 yr old Harper! And for us! He has IBD and I have long thought there was a definite food ingredient connection to his flares. We removed items that he is sensitive to, but he still had low energy, low appetite (except for treats!) and a super dull and itchy coat. He was always overly active but in the past several months he was sleeping a LOT and had no interest in his food, even with toppers and enticements. I decided to transition him from his high quality kibble to fresh and did extensive research on all the brands out there. Nom Nom seemed best overall for us, so I bought a few packs at PetSmart to test it out for a week before ordering. Since the moment I opened up the 1st pack, he was highly interested and licked his chops as I dished it. At first taste, he wolfed down his Pork Potluck! Near the end of the transition, he would only eat Nom Nom and would leave his kibble untouched. We recently got our first box and it could not be going better! He hasn't eaten with such pure joy for years. He likes it a little less chunky, so I stick it in the food processor to make it more of a pate. As soon as he hears that processor, he's in the kitchen staring me down and wagging his tail. Today, as I blended it, he literally took off through the house doing full blown puppy zoomies in anticipation of it! It was amazing! His tummy has been great, no gas, vomiting or nausea like he had. His poops are smaller and healthy. His coat is sooo soft. And his energy is back to the crazy levels it always used to be before IBD. Our 7 yr old is a puppy again! I am so pleased with this food, the service and the quality of life that it has restored to our boy! It's worth the price to see the benefits and to see him so excited to eat again!

Terrible customer service. (Seems to be consistent with what i've been reading now that I've had an issue) We were trying out different foods for our dog as he became a bit pickier over the last few months (previously he ate The Farmer's Dog and loved it for years - think he just needs a break). We got a notification yesterday that NomNom was sending another delivery for a time that we are away from our house. We never recieved an email from NomNom alerting us of the upcoming delivery and now we are stuck paying $220 for food my dog can't ever eat (he also didn't like the food very much, we have some left over NomNom while we are currently on a trial for Ollie and he is liking that a lot more). I tried talking to multiple customer service people, all extremely unhelpful and rude (laughing at me) which caused me to get EXTREMELY frustrated. Now letting everyone know they should stay away and go to The Farmer's Dog or Ollie. For more detail, they keep saying emails are sent automatically, which I don't doubt, but they must have a bug in their system. I checked all my email folders, (inbox, spam, trash, etc.) and I have every other email from them (shipping, promotional, birthday wishes, etc.) but no email about an upcoming order. I guarantee whoever replies to this will say the same thing, which in the end is not hopeful... Comparing Customer Service to The Farmer's Dog: A similar situation happened to us ~2 years ago with The Farmer's Dog where we actually DID miss the email because we were traveling, we reached out to their customer service just to see if there was anything they could do and they immediately refunded the order and helped us get the delivery for a day when we would be home.

Food arrives late, hot & holes in every bag. It happened with 2 consecutive orders and customer service basically told me that’s just how it is and to re-freeze both times. What’s the point of sending it frozen then?? Very disappointed in the way things were handled. Farmers Dog here we come!

The food arrives on time, and Nom Nom is easy to work with if you need to make any changes to your order. My dog loves the food, and it makes me feel good to feed him the best food I can.
