Excellent customer service, good quality food, dogs LOVE it!!!

Our Labradoodle Matilda is a picky eater and also struggles with environmental allergies. Her vet, who specializes in allergies in dogs suggested we try a fresh food with no preservatives. She has seen some dogs have allergies improve when they switch to fresh foods. So we tried NomNomNow. Well, Matilda loves it. No more picky eating and her allergies seem much better. It’s too soon to say for sure that the food has made a difference in her allergies, but for sure she is doing better and loving her meals. They’ve been super helpful and responsive when we’ve had questions or needed to make changes. The only negative is that it is very pricey. I wish it were not so expensive.

I had questions about another dog I wanted to add to Nom Nom. I’ve called the representative back but I haven’t had a return call. All is great with your company’s customer service until I have questions. I submit them and get notified that it will have to be discussed not answered on an email. So I call and never get call back.

My dog loves his NomNomNow meals! After he was diagnosed with Cushing's Disease, I did some research and found NomNomNow. I spoke with them about my pup's illness and they contacted their veterinarian to see which option would be best for him. We just went in for his 6-month lab work and he passed with flying colors! He has been taken off of one of his medications, and his Vet asked me what I was doing. She asked for the NomNomNow website so she could research further as well.

I love NOM NOM NOW!! Their food is spectacular and my doggies just love it. My vet told me they had not seen such good blood work ever so a true testament to the nutrition.
