THe food is good and my dog enjoys it. SOmetimes the portions seem not to true size, but it gets eaten, either way!

My dog has loved the food but some packages I've received have not been filled to capacity short as much as 1/2 cup.

Food arrives fresh Not Frozen! And on schedule,on time! Food is always consistent! Most importantly my dogs LOVE it!!! Was using MY OLLIE for 6months and my dogs loved it as well BUT the consistency and quality of the food began to decline rapidly over time and was frozen like a brick with frost inside the packaging. Nom Nom Now is always fresh

I would and have highly recommended NomNomNow to friends and family. The whole process is great! They keep you updated with emails about when your food will be shipped, what you need to do when it arrives, and they answer any initial questions such as the food transitioning process. The food looks and smells delicious. You can see large chunks of fresh meat and veggies and no fillers. My 2 picky dogs devoured it in seconds, which they've never done with their food before. I love that the company excluded an ingredient that my dog is allergic to and took into account that my dog is on a diet, so they portioned his meals accordingly. Seriously love this company!

We are thrilled with Nomnomnow! The food is super fresh and our dog loves it. We really like the portioned meals and flexibility with recipes too. It’s great having peace of mind that our dog is getting everything he needs and a healthy manner.

Excellent customer service. As far as food goes, I spent a year an a half trying to figure out what my dog likes to eat. Tried kibble, air dried venison, raw venison patties... All the expensive stuff a dog is supposed to love and he hated it all. Had to pet him lots to make him feel comfortable around his food but he would always be very nervous about eating. I spoon fed him because he would go days without eating and once you defrost a raw patty it would go bad if it wasn't eaten in 30 mins. Every time he heard his bowl he would hide and act as if he was being punished (it was very sad to watch). Breakfast and dinner was always a 20-30 min ordeal. I decided to give NomNomNow week sample a try and my dog immediately loved it. He is a much happier dog overall. Now when he hears his bowl he comes straight to me to wait for his food. He eats it quick on his own and always licks the bowl for a while. He is a totally different dog. I also noticed that ever since switching to NomNom he hasn't been constipated which was a problem for a while and his coat stays shiny. I have no idea why he was so scared and picky with food but I'm glad that is all over because I love how happy he is now without that daily dose of stress he inflicted on himself jwhen it was time to eat. It's also more affordable than any of the other fancy foods I was getting before. I wish I had him on NomNom since the beginning. Its magical.
