That's so great to hear! We've won over some of the pickiest eaters, so it means the world to us to know we have another happy Nommer in our family. :)

We're so glad we can play a role in keeping your pup healthy and happy—that's our number one priority so it means so much to know they love their NomNomNow! We want our pet parents to have a convenient and seamless experience in providing a fresh food diet to their furry one, so your feedback regarding the packaging has been noted and we'll certainly take it back to our leadership team. In addition, we could not agree with you more, as we are working on being more proactive in announcing and addressing any concerns pet parents may have within the pet health space and our own fresh food. Your feedback is truly valuable as we can learn and grow in the right direction. Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. We truly appreciate your support and being a part of the NomNomNow family!

We're sorry to hear you have not felt more supportive from our care team as that does not sit well with us. Please know that if you have any questions or concerns, we're always happy to help you. Feedback like yours is valuable as it allows us to address any areas where our Nommers feel, we as a company, can improve on, so thank you for letting us know. Your feedback is greatly appreciated and we truly enjoy having you and your pups in the NomNomNow family :)
