Shipping is becoming an issue. We have now had two delayed orders and are currently going into day 3 of not receiving our product since receiving the shipping notice. This is perishable food.... If FedEx isn’t able to make things happen then change shipping companies already. FedEx has little to no communication about delayed packages and this is simply not ok with perishable items.

We have two standard poodles. Our older poodle (6 years old) has had eating issues since she was about 1 and 1/2 years old. We tried everything and nothing seemed to work. We could not get her back to her ideal weight. Since we started NomNomNow about 2 months ago, she devours her food and has put on weight. Next week go to her semi annual vet appointment and we are certain the vet will be thrilled to see the change. We are so happy to see her thriving along side our other poodle (1 year old) who incidentally loves the food too!

My pets were already so soft and well maintained that but I'll admit that they are even softer and more thankful after we switched foods. We had a small mix up (as you will with any company) but it was quickly taken care of with awesome customer service.The orders are always on time and I enjoy the science behind finding the right meal for my dog and cat.

when I first signed up for nomnomnow food, we were getting large size bags, meaning 1 bag twice a day. Now, the packaging has been changed and we get twice as many bags, and now 2 bags twice daily. I'm not sure why the change, but it's a little inconvenient. other than that, my 2 labradors love the food!!

It's pricey but worth it. I have a 2 lb Yorkie Puppy. With this food she is gaining weight (finally), is full of energy and her coat is very silky and shiny. She also goes #2 only twice a day and produces less waste.

Dogs love this food. Packages are hard to open and messy to feed. Too many white potatoes. They are hard as a rock even after warming up. Dogs toss them out.

My super picky dog Toby loves Chicken Chow Wow. He was having a lot of digestion issues that have completely disappeared now that he is on Nom Nom Now.
