Dog food that actually is real food. My dogs love it! Very convenient personalized individual packages. Just open and serve.

I ordered Nomnomnow in the past for my dogs and for the most part, it worked well. I adopted a dog recently and have had nothing but problems. I called in re: info on my dog. The customer service person, never placed the order. I did not realize it until I was expecting it. I called and another cust service person said he would put in an emergency order that would take two weeks. It worked out. The order ran out early which was my fault because I increased the “dose” she was eating. I was due to get my next order Dec 5th. I called and was reassured that if it came Dec6th it would be safe. It did not arrive Dec. 6th so I called leaving messages 6 times and did not get a call. The food order arrived today, 12/9/19. I placed two calls during the day and again still got no return call. I tried one more time and reached someone at the end of the day. My problem is related to customer service. They are non responsive when they know they have messed up. Certain errors occur but the avoidance behavior of customer service makes it intolerable. There has never been a problem with the food but the organization is operating poorly. I do not understand the deterioration in functioning. I am freezing my account for now exploring other fresh food companies who work with veterinary nutritionist which is essential and what made Nomnomnow appealing.

So far, so good. Deliveries have come as promised, and in good, frozen condition. I have always been in search of the perfect food for all of our babies, and I gotta believe I found it. Our Shih Tzu LOVES IT!! Just hope it continues. We’re only in our third week, but I feel we can already see a change in his coat. Looking forward to more positive changes.

My ChiChi loves your food

Packaging isn't good. Too many bags have holes in them and then lets water in when heating the food up. I have gotten a couple silicon reusable ziplock bag to put the bags of food in first before placing in warm water but it takes much longer to warm the food. But at least the food isn't getting waterlogged.
