Tracking may be an issue
One thing that I couldn't find out where my package was at times during the shipment. Tracking details were hit and miss. I'm not sure if it was through you or the delivery company. Otherwise it was a good experience. I bought this for my families dog. It's a xmas present so we won't know how well it works until then
