I wanted to try the so called free no-ip after agreeing to pay $75 dollars they then took $124 dollars I could get my security system to work and their support ticket was no help when they finally did get back to me tried to get me to upgrade to the dynamic ip when the free one don’t work

On three different occasions I used this service and all times ransomware took over the machine within a week, not sure if they are selling information on to a third party or if their program is the virus but I switched to DYNU DNS and they're great, had no issues since. You also don't have to confirm your domain every month on DYNU.

had a ddns address from these and without notification cancelled my account. i emailed them but received no response. Poor customer service after using them for quite a while aswell not good but to be expected these days. Hope this helps someone else decide on the service they offer. id try duckddns free easy and well not had to refresh my ddns as of yet like no ip Thanks for your time B.Mcloughlin

This company used be great until they were bought out by another company last year. Since then the system would stop working every 30 days until you pay, without any warning. Very troublesome
