Tripling the price without warning?! Also poor customer support...

Price increase from 96£ to 200£ is a complete joke I will not be renewing. Also beware of the auto renewal I turned it off and they still tried to charge me Think NO-IP won’t be lasting much longer

I have been a no-ip customer for many years. Now I got an email saying somewhere in the bottom that the next auto-renewal will be $199 - I paid them 29.99 until now. What they call „exciting changes“ is an enourmous price increase. Luckily I read the email completely before they were able to bill me $199 for a service worth 29.99 - I cancelled and I warn all future customers: Beware, they change the prices however they want, call that „exciting“ and try to bill you with auto-renew. Update: After various emails with the support I canceled, because they kept telling me the new price is $199. After I had migrated everything to another provider (where I pay $24/year) they offered me to keep the old price. Too late, I already did the switch and left no-ip after being a loyal customer for 11 years.

We have requested David's account information via Trustpoliot in an attempt to find his No-IP account and any related support information. However, David has not responded to the request. No-IP is proud of its reputation as the world's leading Dynamic DNS provider.

The price increased from 30$ to over 70$ with no notification. The card was charged, it looks like a scam operation

This company is a scam. Last year they charged 30 dollars. This year, without any warning or email, they tried to go to the bank and charge 74 USD. Fortunately, I used a virtual card that has been deactivated for a long time and they couldn't get the money out.

After being a subscriber for 10 years (since 2013) and paying $24.95 a year for 7 years from 2016 until last year, on Oct. 30, 2023 NO-IP debited my credit card for $59.99, a 140% increase without warning...no e-mail, nothing. I was not given an opportunity to decline or to cancel. And no, there was nothing in my SPAM folder. When I called their phone there was no option to speak to billing/accounting, only support. Their FAQ instructed me to create a support ticket online, which I did, leaving my full contact info. Three days later I log into my account and there is NO record of my support ticket. I heard nothing from NO-IP until I cancelled my subscription. I have no intention of continuing doing business with such a poorly run company. When I cancelled I get an e-mail saying "Thank you so much for being a No-IP customer, we really appreciate it." What a way for them to show it. If I could give NO star I would.
