The only time i've had to contact support was for a service unsuspension after forgetting to renew in ticket KSM-RVY-891614, but wow their support was fast. 6 minutes after my ticket was submitted, my VPS was back online. Thanks to the fact support NohaVPS provide, minimal downtime was caused by my mistake. My VPS, service id 1289, rarely faces any issues and when it does they are quickly resolved. Since switching to NohaVPS, i've had around 99.9% uptime a month. Most of the downtime being caused by mistakes on my part. Thanks for providing such high quality services, will definitely continue to use your services

Don't have a lot of time with them, but so far it's been pretty good. Only real issue was being unable to access the server for a little bit because of what sounded like an issue with the datacenter, but they moved to a different datacenter and it seems good now. Support is good for the price, but I never have any urgent tickets so I can't speak on that.
