Update: 15th of October 2025 They are still trying to take money from my account and have now stopped responding to my tickets. Pure scam of a company. Extremely slow support, unable to cancel services unless you open a ticket and even when you do they don’t cancel it. Sent a ticket 1 week ago to have both services cancelled and had 2 transactions today attempting to take $250 out of my account. When you try to cancel they pitch you a 50% off and then close the ticket and proceed to take money.

I’ve been using their dedicated server service since February 2025, and the experience has been nothing short of excellent. The server has been extremely stable, and the network performance is fast and consistent—exactly what I needed. What really stands out is their support team. I ran into a unique issue with an IP route to a specific service, and they resolved it within an hour by assigning me a new IP. Their quick response and willingness to help really impressed me. I’ve been with them for six months now and fully intend to stick around for at least another six. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of reliable dedicated server hosting.

Nodsetop is the best server provider I have dealt with EVER! Many other companies have issues and don't come to the clients aid when needed. The staff and leadership at this company is the best. I will be using them exclusively.

I had a bad experience with their VPS service. The servers were buggy, and more importantly, there's no cancellation or unsubscribe button available, which puts customers in a very uncomfortable and helpless position. To cancel anything, you're forced to open a support ticket. Their support might eventually respond, but the process is unclear. When they email you, there’s no warning not to reply directly. If you do reply to the email (as most people would), the ticket ends up being closed due to “inactivity” — while your account continues to rack up charges and even late fees. Getting out of their system is frustrating and far from straightforward. I hope others think twice before signing up. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this service based on my experience

The service was outstanding from start to finish. The team demonstrated excellent communication and was always responsive and proactive.
